Jeco Energies always processes your data fairly, lawfully, and transparently. This includes the following guarantees:

How long is your data retained?
In the case of a contractual relationship, personal data are retained for up to ten (10) years after the end of your contract with Jeco Energies.

In the case of a non-contractual relationship, personal data are retained for up to five (5) years after your last contact with Jeco Energies.

However, it is possible that we may need to retain your personal data longer for other purposes (legal obligations).

 

Right of access/rectification/deletion of your personal data
Upon proof of your identity, you have the right to obtain confirmation from Jeco Energies as to whether or not your personal data are being processed. If Jeco Energies processes your data, you also have the right to access the collected personal data. If you wish to exercise your right of access, Jeco Energies will comply within one (1) month of receiving the request.

Inaccurate or incomplete data can always be corrected. As a user, you are primarily responsible for correcting inaccuracies and incompleteness. You can exercise your right to rectification by submitting an additional statement to Jeco Energies.

You also have the right to have your data erased without undue delay in the following cases:

  3. When an objection is made and no overriding legitimate grounds for processing exist;
  4. When the personal data have been unlawfully processed;

Right to restriction of/objection to processing of your data
You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data:

  1. During the period Jeco Energies needs to verify the accuracy of the data in case of dispute;

  3. When Jeco Energies no longer needs the data for the purposes of processing, but you need them in connection with a legal claim;
  4. During the period Jeco Energies needs to assess the existence of grounds for erasure.
