Senior Project Manager

Jeco Energies Nederland is looking for an ambitious, driven Senior Project Manager with expertise in electrical engineering and people management skills. What the position entails

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a small team of project managers and be responsible for the initiation, execution, and coordination of various projects. Once the client's request has been developed into a quotation by the sales team, you take the reins from the moment of order.

You lead a small team of project and site managers and report directly to the country manager;
You prepare the project administratively and organizationally from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, and risk management;
You coordinate and lead all involved teams and external partners;
You ensure effective communication between the client and the executing parties;
You determine and order the necessary materials in consultation with our purchasing department;
You handle invoicing and evaluate the project regarding cost, timing, and quality;
You are responsible for the financial management of projects (including cost management and reporting).

Are we a match?

You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or extensive work experience;
You are well-versed in the electrical engineering sector;
You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a project manager;
You are a team player who combines leadership skills with a sense of the group's interests;
You have strong communication and organizational skills;
You are problem-solving and customer-oriented;
You are fluent in Dutch and can communicate in English.
